This delivery policy gives details of the delivery method and delivery periods that apply to any orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.



Spain – free delivery.

Free delivery for orders over €120.  Orders under €120 will be charged:

Europe – €15 (2-3 Working Days )

Middle East – €35 (3-4 Working Days )

North America – €30 (3-4 Working Days )

Asia and Pacific – €35 (5-6 Working Days )


This table indicates the typical delivery periods. These periods run from the close of business on that day. If you place your order after 2pm on a working day, or you place your order on a non-working day, these periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.


All deliveries are sent using a tracked service with a tracking number for proof of delivery.

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address.

Our delivery service providers will make 3 attempts to deliver, if still the customer can’t receive the delivery, our provider will be informed of it through tracking and will then coordinate with the customer and get the parcel delivered.


We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This returns policy applies to customers all our customer worldwide.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.


Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product; and,
The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached; and,
Otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new; and,
You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
None of the exclusions set out below apply.


If you created an account during checkout you can log into the account area of the website. Once logged in you can click on the Orders to view a list of all your orders and their details.

If you don’t have an account you will also find the order information on the email confirmation you received from us after placing your order.

Once you have your order information, including the order number, order date, product SKU’s ordered and delivery address, please email us at with these details and a short description of the items you’d like to return and why. We will then send you a return label to attach to the box.

Once your products have arrived back to us and we have checked them for quality, we will issue the exchange, credit note or refund to you as applicable.


The following products may not be returned under this policy:
Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway.


We will give you the choice of an exchange for an alternative product or size of your choice of the same value, a credit note in the form of a gift card of the same value to be used on this store, or a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the costs of returning the product to us).

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the exchange, credit note or refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we received your returned product.


Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
